Welcome to your Learning Lab ♡
Calculate your targets, explore foods, build a plate, and save your favorites.
01 · Your starting point

Macro Calculator

Estimate a daily calorie target, then choose how to split protein, carbohydrates and fat. These are educational estimates, not a prescription.

feet
inches

Based on body weight in pounds. Individual protein needs vary; very lean athletic targets aren't necessary for everyone.

Important: This calculator uses the Mifflin–St Jeor equation and general activity multipliers. Protein uses grams per pound of selected current or goal weight. Fat is calculated from calories remaining after protein. Actual needs vary. It does not automatically apply a calorie floor or override individualized medical advice. Very low calorie targets, pregnancy, adolescence, medical conditions, and a history of disordered eating require individualized guidance. Your course's Google Sheet may use different formulas; compare both before teaching them as equivalent.
02 · Weigh and learn

Food Scale & Explorer

Food weight is not the same as protein weight. Choose a food and see how its nutrients change as you adjust grams.

Chicken breast, cooked

How we estimate nutrition & food comfortValues are approximate reference estimates per 100 g, not a verified USDA or branded-food database. Raw and cooked entries are separate; match the food’s preparation and package label. Food comfort guidance describes possible considerations, not guaranteed GLP-1 tolerance.
04 · Learn by comparing

Compare Your Choices

Two foods can both fit your goals. Compare the same weight to see how protein, fat, and preparation differ.

Nutrition values are estimates. More or less fat does not automatically make a food better or worse, and individual tolerance varies.

03 · Put it together

Build My Plate

Pick your protein, carb, and fat. Add vegetables or any extra food. Every ingredient contributes all of its macros.

Choose “None” for any category you don't want. Use Add another ingredient for vegetables, sauces, or a second protein.

Ingredients in your plate

Your plate is empty. Add foods above.
